  • Orders are drop-shipped directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors to ensure product authenticity and freshness.
  • Most orders ship the same business day.
  • Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days.
  • No handling fees are charged.

Order Tracking (USA)

  • Tracking details are emailed once the order ships and are also available in your account.
  • If tracking is not received, please check your spam/junk folder or contact customer support.

Overnight & Special Shipping (USA)

  • Overnight shipping is available upon request; please mention it at checkout.
  • Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may incur additional shipping charges, especially for orders under $100.

Returns & Order Accuracy (USA)

  • If an incorrect item is shipped, we will provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct product promptly.
  • Due to safety regulations, most supplement manufacturers do not accept returns.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Returns & RMA Process (USA)

  • Returns require prior authorization.
  • To request a return, email customer support to receive an RMA number.
  • Returns sent without an RMA or refused deliveries may not be eligible for credit.

International orders are typically shipped via USPS Standard International Mail.
If expedited shipping is required, please contact our customer support team immediately after placing your order. Faster options such as USPS Priority or FedEx may be available.

Customs delays are outside of our control. By placing an international order, you agree to our International Shipping Disclaimer.

  • If a shipment is held, rejected, or returned by customs, the products cannot be reshipped.

  • If an international order is refused by the customer due to customs duties, taxes, or tariffs, no refund will be issued.

Lost, Refused, or Seized Packages (Outside USA)

Shipping and customs charges are non-refundable.

Any costs resulting from incorrect address details or local import restrictions are the customer’s responsibility.

It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that products ordered are legal to import into their country.

We are not responsible for customs rejections or delays.

Return Policy

  • Due to strict manufacturer rules and post-COVID health regulations, most supplement purchases are final.
  • Please make sure you choose the correct product before placing your order.
  • If we accidentally send the wrong item, we’ll fix it:
  • We’ll provide a free return label, and
  • Ship the correct product at no additional cost.
  • For any approved, unopened returns, please contact us first to get an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  • Returns sent without an RMA# cannot be accepted.
  • Products that are heat-sensitive or damaged due to improper handling or storage are not eligible for return. To process a return or damage claim, we may ask for photos of the product and its packaging.

Back Orders & Out-of-Stock Items

Because we ship directly from manufacturers and their main distributors, customers receive the latest available batches, not aging warehouse stock.

In rare cases, a high-demand product may become temporarily out of stock or placed on back order. If this occurs:

  • Your order will be reserved with the manufacturer
  • You will be placed on the manufacturer’s priority waiting list
  • Once available, the product will be drop-shipped directly to you with expedited shipping

If you prefer not to wait, you may request a cancellation anytime before shipment by emailing our customer support team. We will cancel the order immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
